Before you go in, do not fill out any questionnaires, they will charge you. You need to be extremely clear on what you talk about or else you will end up paying half a grand for tests you did not need, etc. This office makes sure to charge every code possible, not used to this sort of behavior from my old PCP.

Avoid wellness check ups with Dr. Richter at any cost! They charge you office visit for simply answering "yes" to the doctor's question during your annual visit. First i thought it was just a mistake and tried to contact them to fix the error (sidenote- it's impossible to reach them on the phone, finally reached them in MyChart), but no, they said that doctor asking me "do you still take you iron supplements" and me answering "yes", make it "outside the scope of a preventative visit". I have been going to this office for about six years now, and I am way overdue to write a review. This entire practice provides excellent service and upholds outstanding patient care. There genuinely seems to be a great office culture to start off with, everyone is friendly, responsive and polite. I have seen multiple providers for myself and multiple pediatric providers for my children over the years. We have not had one that I can speak negatively of.
