My two sons and I have been coming here for just about 2 years now. We all like our doctor (Richter) and the reception desk staff is incredibly nice. Unfortunately, we've been experiencing consistent issues with insurance claims for both office visits and lab work being coded incorrectly. We've been wrongly billed for preventive lab charges every time we've come in for a physical.
