Helpful, friendly, and supportive. the Entire staff is fantastic.
I do not recommend Anabela! Maybe the other doctors are better, but no response from her or from Melissa that handles the prior authorizations. I’m diabetic and have been without medication.
I drove two hours to this office for both a flu and tetanus shot, which I requested in advance. Once at the office, they informed me they were out of the flu vaccine and told me to schedule another visit for the tetanus shot, knowing this was a 3 hr drive roundtrip. This reflects an ongoing issue: the office consistently struggles to manage more than one request at a time and seems ill-equipped to provide comprehensive care.
