Novant rehab has been the best experience. The hands on at every session makes all the difference. Chad and Bill are very punctual and have never had to wait. Erica is fantastic setting up convenient appointments.

Susan and Bill have both provided the best care and support, and most importantly, relief - to years of ongoing back pain. They worked great as a team after identifying the underlying weakness areas, worked to strengthen them, provide manipulation and stretching as needed - to my relief - no pain. Finally, after years and years of non-stop pain, you have helped me gain a better quality of life.

WAVERLY LOCATION! Avoid this location if possible the person who answer the phone call it is very rude. No very friendly at the time or talking with customer. Thats is why other health care brands are coming to our City, because with people like. Rude, she just hung off my calls without my even finish the call her Name is Ericka or Erica. She blamed on my as being the one ending the call. To the person who oversees the management of this location please make sure she receive to actual training to how to deal with her duties ... read more

My grandma, mom and I all use this facility for different physical therapy needs. I could not be happier. Erica is amazing at getting me scheduled and always so friendly when coming in and leaving. Randy, both the Karen's and Colleen have been so instrumental in rehabbing my knee after surgery. I have not been with Susan, but my mom raves about her and she's always upbeat and funny when I see her! Wouldn't trust my physical therapy needs to anyone else.
