WAVERLY LOCATION! Avoid this location if possible the person who answer the phone call it is very rude. No very friendly at the time or talking with customer. My grandma, mom and I all use this facility for different physical therapy needs. I could not be happier. Erica is amazing at getting me scheduled and always so friendly when coming in and leaving. Randy, both the Karen's and Colleen have been so instrumental in rehabbing my knee after surgery. I have not been with Susan, but my mom raves about her and she's always upbeat and funny when I see her! Wouldn't trust my physical therapy needs to anyone else.
Susan is the best therapist I've ever had the privilege to work with. She's so knowledgeable and patient. She teaches as she treats. She really has helped me tremendously. She and Erica work very hard to accommodate people and get them on the schedule. I would never want to go anywhere else. The rest of the team at Waverly is always upbeat and personable. Pleasant environment. So thankful for this team!
