The main issue is this place is impossible to schedule an appointment with, even if you are an existing patient. They never answer the phone. Some of their staff doesn't even appear in the online portal to schedule with there. Mind you this is for required post-surgery therapy.

Walked in 15 minutes late because their office is impossible to find. I walked around the parking deck trying to find the office for 15 minutes. They provided no instructions on how to locate the office. When I walked in, the office staff were laughing about how they slept through their alarm and showed up to work an hour late but I couldn’t attend my appointment because I was 15 minutes late.
