If I could leave less than one star, I would. My wife has been seeing Dr. Shanmugam since December of 2023 and she helped my wife accomplish NOTHING but worsening my wife's condition by taking her off medication that she had repeatedly told her was working for her. Instead, Dr. Shanmugam put her on a slew of different medications that she thought were best, none of which worked for her. After not receiving the call back from the receptionist, I called them again to make an appointment—-the receptionist was so rude and inpatient. Please work on the customer service skills.
They don’t service children with autism well. They won’t write letters for therapy pets and they won’t write a prescription for GeneSight Testing.
Dr Adams & Staff was great and helped me get the care I needed. Thank you!
