Emily patterson was terrible! If you are a person of color, I would not recommend you go to her! She was very rude and unprofessional! She obviously has a attitude problem because she got me discharged from the practice Saying it was allegedly behavior when all I did was answer her questions even though I felt completely mortified and prejudice the whole time!! The only ones behavior needs to change is hers! She was more concerned about what I did for a living and how I was dressed and how many kids I had morethen my health!... read more
Worst PCP ever.. long wait times and no responses to calls.. you never get appointment on time
Stay away from this place.. I would not even give one star to this facility.. you call for appointment or cancellation they never pick up calls or call back to you.. they give appointments only after your sickness is gone.. even for a shot nurse appointment they will make you wait 45 minutes.. they are the worst PCP I have ever seen in my lifetime
Keep away from this office unless you want your information shared with others. I had an appointment for my annual check-up this morning. The lady at the reception gave me a few papers to sign. First, I noticed that the Notice of Privacy Practices was missing, even though I was asked to sign a paper confirming that I had received it. Also, at the end of the pile of papers, I found a document containing someone else’s personal and medical information. I tried not to read too much, but it was clearly not mine.
