Very disappointed with this office. Communication is awful. They make referrals without even communicating with you. I’ve sent multiple my chart messages without a response.
Truly the worst experience I've ever had at a doctors office. I was looking for a new primary doctor and they suggested a NP Rachelle? I was okay with this until she sit down with her mask and started questioning me reading from the screen like I was talking to a robot. I would ask her a question and she would just look at me with a blank stare and completely ignore my question and continue reading from the screen. This facility is always clean, professional approachable, and the doctors. Here are great. They are very patient answering your questions showing a great concern about your needs. Novant primary health on E. Jefferson Dr. in High Point is a great establishment to visit
Provider is great (R. Pearley) and the office staff is too.
I’d like to say this. Dr. Perry is profoundly respectful and has an amazing bedside manner. I’m looking forward to spending time with her making sure my health is in working order and everything is good to go! Thank you Dr. Perry for an amazing experience!
