Love the ladies at the front desk in the Lexington office! They are nice and greeted with a good atmosphere. Nurse Lauren was great and I enjoyed Dr. Alto at my visit! I have been a patient at the Thomasville office for 20 plus years and switched to the Lexington office a few years ago when they merged as the office is closer to my home. The changes and doctors retiring or moving have been an adjustment at times, but this visit reassured me and I am happy with my visit and confident in the care I received. Thank you!
Michelle Lamacchia was absolutely wonderful! She was very interested in the questions I had, helped research and answer them, and genuinely engaged in conversation. Michelle’s kind, caring disposition sets her apart! I’m grateful to have found such a loving provider here in Lexington!
They love to bill you for appointments you don’t need but they don’t listen, period. As long as you have a perfectly smooth pregnancy/exam you’re fine to go here but if anything goes wrong they won’t care. Best to start with another provider than to hope everything goes smooth enough to not need one.
Healthcare provider was easy to talk to and respectfully listened to my concerns. As someone who is nervous going to the doctor I highly recommend these lovely women.
