My daughter was 13mins late for her appointment but we had to wait for another patient to checkout at the checkin desk which pushed my daughter to the 15min grace period on the dot. Caroline had already decided before the grace period that she would not be seeing my daughter. There have been numerous times Caroline has left us waiting in a room for 15min plus. This doctor has zero compassion and doesn't follow her own offices grace periods.
When they make an appointment 20 minutes before you’re to arrive with a very sick toddler for them to cancel because you’re 5 minutes late and the staff are very unprofessional or just hate their job maybe just need that check because they do not have any sympathy or remorse!!
The labor and delivery nurses and doctors were all so wonderful! Me and my baby received the best care possible!! Definitely a 10/10!! ❤️❤️❤️
