Dr. Black, Dr. Soucie, & Dr. Ahmed are all fabulous. Each one of them truly cares. They take the time with each patient, asking questions, explaining their responses, etc. I truly appreciate all of the care my 3 kids have received here over the years.
Been waiting a month and a half to get an appointment and no one has called yet. Called yesterday and was told once the nurse clears my kids’ medical records I’d receive a call to have an appointment scheduled. Why has this taken over a month and I’m still waiting????????
I can't thank Nurse Stephanie (6555 Kee Ln Suite 200, Harrisburg, NC 28075) enough for her incredible help in getting my son's medical documents sorted. I must have bothered her multiple times with questions and requests, yet she remained patient, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. Worst experience with Doctors Ahmed and receptionist. We were on the line at 8:01AM to check in for 8 AM appointment there were 5 people infornt of me. We(with crying 2 years old and stressed wide) waited and for 15 mins as there is no call from receptionist. When our turn came she told us pediatrician checkin is on another window. Lady was rude saying you are late, I told her mam we were waiting for 15 mins on line. She told" no you weren't there as she can see" totally false and racist tone.
