I'm glad to change my review of this facility, on my own freewill by the way. I'm ALSO glad I didn't allow my experience with an employee over the phone prevent me from the opportunity to meet Dr Poon. I came in apprehensive due to the call incident BUT I was pleasantly surprised. THIS staff member was professional & actually listened to my concerns & questions. THEN Dr Poon... I WISH more doctors were like THIS doctor. We DIDN'T feel like just another number or that she was rushing just to be able to bill. She TRULY listene... read more

Saw Dr. Poon today with our special needs son we adopted through foster care. I have never been more impressed with a specialist. She took all the time I felt necessary to get to know him and fully comprehend our concerns. She even called me later the same day to check and see if I had further questions. I am so pleased to have seen her. GREAT JOB, Novant, please hire more like. Dr. Poon!
Dr. Lili Poon is an excellent doctor! She is committed to improving the total health of her patients by getting to the root of their problem(s). Not to mention the countless awards she's received and being recognized for, her work speaks for itself. Blessings to you, Dr. Poon, for being a remarkable doctor that's committed to your patients and their families.
Great doctor who actually cares about her patients! And doesn't stare at a computer the whole time. Respect her and shell respect you. It's ashame the drug seekers and "Google trained doctors" are leaving negative reviews. There is a better way.
