Yesterday, I brought my daughter here for an appointment with Dr. Higgins only to be told upon arrival that the appointment had been booked under an established patient slot, when in fact she needed a new consult appointment. Because of this scheduling error, we weren’t able to be seen. I had even spoken with the manager ahead of time to let them know I would be about 8 minutes late.
