I was supposed to come in and see Megan as a new patient. I was 5 mins lates due to location confusion. I repeatedly told them I was recently discharged from the hospital and needed to be seen asap. This place does not care for their patient and their well being. Which is why I reschedule for another Novant location.
The entire staff here is very professional and Courtney Keats is the best Primary Care physician I have ever experienced.
I waited 1.5hrs to see Marsha white and when she came in she didn't even check my throat nose or lymph nodes. Just gave me augmentin and put in a request for tests. What was the point? My mom went in and was checked by another doctor and she checked her throat and she had white and purple blisters which she had strep throat. Marsha was angry at me because I had just texted that morning at home with a 5yr old test that barely showed I had COVID and slammed her hand on the counter. I came in with a mask on.
