Me and my children have been coming here for almost 10 years now. I know that there has been a lot of staff change in the past couple months. But there is clearly an issue when it comes to the front desk and making appointments. I have never had such bad issues with the front desk up until the past FIVE times on all different occasions and am not able to be seen until DAYS later… they refer me to urgent care every time.. this is a huge problem when they are supposed to be my primary provider.
