This office is terrible. The doctor is decent but the wait times are way too long and the staff is completely rude. The staff have been rude every time I have been there. I will never go back and spend any of my hard earned money!
The customer service or bed side manner as it may be called has fallen into an all time low. It took me 3 days to get anyone to answer the phone. Dr. Derick is a great doctor but the staff backing him up is awful.

Amazing customer service, which counts for a lot when you arent feeling well. They answered on the 1st ring and were able to get me in immediately!
I was very disappointed in my visit with neurology associates. They did not listen to anything I was trying to explain to them and pretty much wrote me off as crazy.

Dr. Bergsma and the staff of Eye Associates of Rowan are wonderful. I have been their patient for over ten years, and dont dream of quitting. They are patient, kind, and work well together, to the benefit of the patients who come to see them. I love them.
