I was very disappointed in my visit with neurology associates. They did not listen to anything I was trying to explain to them and pretty much wrote me off as crazy.
Please check your phone service and try making a call to your office using the same numbers your clients use. Then try leaving a message for your helper to review and call you back as if you were a client! Its impossible to get through to get an appointment!
Amen to above-it is the most frustrating phone system-I can never get to someone in any reasonable length of time. Especially if you need to cancel an appointment or have a question about what to bring the day before or of an appointment
