Despite the horrible reviews, I took my chances for a new patient appointment and I’m so glad I did. The staff was great! The check in receptionist, Medical Assistant and Provider (Katie) were all super sweet, friendly and easy to talk to.
What a pleasant visit. Dr. Stratton talked with me professionally and personally. That was really refreshing!
Horrible customer service. My appointment was at 9am they called me at 7:33am to reschedule when I called back I had to wait for them to open to get a call back then preceded to tell me my appointment was at 945. When in fact it was at 9 am the receptionist told me to be there be 8:50am so I would have sat in the lobby for a hour before I was seen.
