Horrible customer service. My appointment was at 9am they called me at 7:33am to reschedule when I called back I had to wait for them to open to get a call back then preceded to tell me my appointment was at 945. When in fact it was at 9 am the receptionist told me to be there be 8:50am so I would have sat in the lobby for a hour before I was seen. The customer service at this place is beyond abysmal—it’s an absolute disgrace. Hands down, the worst I have ever encountered in my entire life. The customer service of this place is absolutely atrocious. The worst I have ever seen in my entire life. I had made an appointment a month earlier for my mother’s gynecology checkup at the office in the Harrisburg location in which the receptionist had confirmed the date and everything since they said that office would have a doctor available. I had a wonderful visit. The atmosphere is really kind & welcoming here and everyone from the receptionist to the nurses to my gynecologist are so sweet and do their best to make your visit pleasant. I can sometimes be anxious about my appointments but once I got settled it melted away. I was on time and they got me in within 5 minutes of sitting down. Great experience!
