My husband and I waited 2 months for appointment then we get there we waited over in hour for doctor she came in didn't check my heart and my lungs and I just had open heart surgery and I have COPD but we there a total of 3 hours then the send prescription to wrong pharmacy I don't think we are going back there never seen a place like this
I waited 2 months for this appt. Was told doctor was a little behind. Ok. Cool. After waiting 45 minutes I was told she was 60 minutes behind schedule. Waited a total of 75 minutes and no doctor. 15 minutes after walking out I got the appt canceled text message. If she wasn't even in the building I should have been told.
Everyone makes you feel welcome! Dr. Parrott and the whole staff are the best in making sure all your needs are met and all your questions are answered
Great doctors and service inside the building and for appointments. GOOD LUCK getting a hold of anyone though.
