Not A Free Clinic!!' This is not a free clinic! This clinic is not free! You will have to pay! They charge you the full market amount then tell you to apply for a waiver or financial assistance. In the mean while they are billing you and sending your bills to collections! When you complain they say that you signed the consent that says you are agree to be financially responsible for the medical bills.
On May 15, I took my mother to the clinic for a vision check with Dr. Eugene Wang, MD, due to her complaints of eye discomfort. We arrived before noon and left around 5 PM after a long wait. I assisted my mother throughout the entire process since she is not fluent in English. Before her appointment, I helped her complete the financial assistance form, which was submitted that same day because she was uninsured. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!! Horrible!!! My appt was at 9am I drove 45 min to get to this appt they called me at 8:45 telling me the doctor had a meeting and they need to reschedule!! BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!
Dr. Meagan Bystrzycki was very attentive, she answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything that she told me. I got to my appointment early and still was seen right away! All the staff were very friendly and professional! I will definitely recommend my family here.
