We had to take my 15 mth old grandbaby to norvant med center in Matthews after a fall. Can not say enough how much I thanked the whole staff at the hospital. They all were AMAZING from start to finish to transport to children's hospital in Charlotte. I have to say that we have the BEST medical facility in the State of NC. Thank you to all. JoAnn Liefer
My dad had to chose a new primary doctor out of urgency for a severe medical condition. We were more than pleased with Dr Ahmed’s knowledge, demeanor, and thoroughness. Glad we found such a great doctor for him. The staff has been great and put my dads mind at ease through this difficult time. He will be his doctor from now on.
Receptionist was very rude, when asked how she could help me she interrupted me several times because she was firmiliar with my request and told me everything I was going to tell her - before I could get to what I needed. She wouldn't listen and I didn't appriciate it considering the manner of my request was urgent yet I could hardly get one sentence in considerably.
Dr. Wong is fantastic! Great bedside manner & very thorough. Office staff is great too, I never have to wait too long with my appointment and if I need labs drawn I am in and out! Thank you!!!
