Worst office management I’ve ever experienced! I’ve requested my medical information “MANY” times over the course of the past few years & each time I’ve been denied access to what is RIGHTFULLY mine (McKayla ignores phone calls). Records Dept sent me a CD that is not viewable - essentially useless. An email or letter with the requested information would suffice. Management should step in but nothing!
