Dr. Morgan and her office staff are the best, always timely, professional and knowledgeable.
Excellent experience. Front desk made eye contact, right away, and very professional. Medical assistant and lab tech had a great bedside manner, efficient and very professional. Dr. Whirrett, per usual is a fabulous provider.
Dr. Morgan is great, but administrative staff could use some training in empathy and customer service. I had to cancel my appointment, and will have to find a new PCP with more reasonable admin staff. That's a shame because I really liked Dr. Morgan.
