What a joke Dr KISIEDU dint bother
I just went and saw dr Kisiedu to get a letter for my service dog for my disability. The first thing the doctors tried to do is send me to a therapist. And I told her no she is not a esa she is my service dog. Then proceeded to tell me that I did not have a disability. When I had it sense I was 9 years old and is considered a disease that debilitates my life which is a disability. I will never be back, I never felt so low leaving an office.
I recently had my first appointment at your office, and I would like to share some feedback regarding my experience. First, I want to express my appreciation for the doctor who attended me. She was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. However, I did have a negative experience with the front desk staff. Unfortunately, they were not very friendly or helpful. When it came time to pay my copay, the person assisting me was unsure of the amount I needed to pay. The front desk is wonderful. However my experience with the physicians (family medicine) was not great. One physician didn't even bother to look at my skin when I reported concerns she just focused on the computer the entire time and made a skin cancer referral (again didnt look at it so how would you jump to that). The other physician was condescending; to where she even corrected my grammar.
