Dr. Kisiedu and all of the medical practitioners are amazing! Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism of the front desk staff has caused me to leave this 1 star review. I’ve been a patient at this office for 2 years and the front desk team (only white women) always seems to be in a crappy mood. They really need to work on their customer service. Dr. K is awesome and very personable, however I was left unattended while awaiting labs. I was the first one waiting,however not one nurse staff assisted me as I had to walk to the front checkout to get assistance. Several nurses saw me waiting for several minutes knowing that the lab assistant was not on duty. This is unacceptable
