Mrs Abigail did a video visit wit me she was the most kindness person I've talked to very caring an I'm not her patient
I really appreciate doctor Ahmad and Ms Anita they are so nice with me and with my children I love this place, i wouldn’t go anywhere from this place. The nurses and front desk they’re so kind.
The front desk staff and some of the doctors here are really nice, but unfortunately, the overall experience with the staff has been disappointing. They often seem grumpy and lack a caring attitude toward patients. On one visit, a nurse used the otoscope very roughly, causing pain that lasted for days in my ear. During my most recent visit for blood work, when I asked for a moment to take a deep breath, the nurse refused and said something like, "We don’t do that here." This entire office has always been so wonderful every time I visit from check in to check out! Abigail McGinnis is such a great PCP who cares for her patients and makes them feel comfortable. All the lab technicians are so great as well. Love this office!
