Easy to make an apt and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.
The dr was amazing and so was the nurse or medical assistant not sure what her title was but they were both great. For there to be only one doc, I was in and out, but not rushed. I was listened to and diagnosed correctly. I am feeling so much better since the dr prescribed me the meds he did. This was a great experience overall, and the front desk staff member who checked me in was great. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.
My son really like the doctor, the doctor told us what be would do if it were his child, which humanized the interaction, the nurse who checked us in was personable, we got in the same day, check in was easy, they didn't keep us waiting too long, and we had no copay
I had to take the time to leave a review for this office. I have been here on multiple occasions for myself and my kids and have had nothing but great experiences. You can book ahead of time which gets you right in with no wait. The office is always clean and well kept with friendly and personable staff. The providers I have encountered each time have been very helpful and thorough. They care about what it is they are doing. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone!
I was seen very quickly and all of the staff caring for me had pleasant bedside manners.
