Friendly, helpful , experienced staff
I checked in after throwing up 5 times this morning, the receptionist was really kind, but when i saw NP Melinda Carol Wekony, she was unnecessarily rude. I got a ding on my phone showing that my test results were in and she walked in, passively aggressively got onto me for using my phone, then continued to be passive aggressive throughout her questioning and visit. I went to Novant Urgent Care to get checked for my severe cough and sickness. I was seen by Melinda Wekony NP. That was the worst mistake I have ever made, and I would not come back to this place or recommend any of my family to come here. I was highly disappointed in how Melinda disregard what I was telling her about my sickness and told her to look at my previous record.
