Took me in and began treatment right away, was out in under an hour. Staff was very pleasant and professional.

Office staff were pleasant during my visit. Unfortunately they were not able to treat or do anything to help me and sent me to the Emergency Room in Kernersville. Two weeks go by and I get a bill for almost $500 when absolutely nothing was done for me. Will not return or recommend for any services.
i went because my ear hurt and i paid the $135 visit fee , the nurse practitioner gave me a drop i went to cvs i got it for $54 and my ear got worse and even the drop didn't go in , i went next morning i told them this is what happened and it got worse the drop is not even getting inside my ear it swollen from the inside and my lymph nodes got affected and my throat i can't swallow well , it was another provider there she was treating me like she is in a hurry she didnt even spend 5 minutes all together with me and she said ... read more
