I have been a patient here exactly once and I’m not comfortable ever going back, truthfully. When I visited, there was a lack of empathy, care, and enthusiasm from every staff member I interacted with. They all seemed like they wanted to be anywhere but there; I felt judged by my provider; and I was prescribed medication without any sort of explanation as to what it was for, what possible side effects I might experience from it, or risk factors associated with it.
