*GREAT EXPERIENCE* I visited today to remove stitches from another office as I was unable to get in to see my primary physician due to backed up appointments. I called ahead same day to ensure they could help with my problem & reserved a time online, there was ZERO wait when I arrived, and everything went smooth! I felt glad to received excellent care! It’s always reassuring to feel confident in the medical attention you get.
The PA was kind, pleasant and knowledgeable. There was minimal wait time and the nurse who took my vitals was friendly and efficient. The receptionist did not look up from her computer to acknowledge me as I waited. It would have been nice if she had said, “Welcome, I’ll be right with you.” When I left, the receptionist was looking at her phone. Although the receptionist was quite unprofessional, I was pleased with the medical staff and will go back again.
I used to rely on this urgent care, but after my recent experience, we won’t be returning. My child was sick, and when we couldn’t get into our pediatrician, we came here. The doctor was great, as always, and advised us to return if symptoms worsened. Two days later, my child’s condition got worse, so I booked an online appointment, as I always do. No one likes to go to urgent care but this facility is the one to go to if you need it. I liked being able to save my spot and not have to wait at the clinic. The staff was all caring and professional. The doctor really took time to evaluate all of my symptoms and made recommendations for my follow up care.
