The doctor and his team are very attentive and professional!
Still terrible. The administration has addressed this problem by securing high reviews from patients as opposed to actually making changes. Novant still refuses to respond to my documented complaints AND STILL NO RESPONSE FURTHER UPDATE: I’ve been told that my already escalated issue has been….guess…. Escalated. Erin Wagner was great, as was Heather assisting. Both very calm, supportive, attentive, caring, excellent communications. Even followed up after I got home.
The staff was helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and patient. I felt listened to and my issues addressed in a professional and timely manner.
