Appointment was at 11:12, we got there and signed in at 11:07. Did the test they needed then proceeded to sit in an EMPTY LOBBY FOR 30 minutes. I asked the nurse when my daughter would be seen & then waited another 10 minutes because he was “doing something” only to FINALLY get called back when an another mom came for her 12pm appointment.
This place is a joke! I went there today with a sinus/respiratory infection. I had an appointment at 5:15. I got there at 20 till 5 and I was the only patient. I did all the check in stuff online because my pharmacy closes at 6 and I needed to get out of there. I was made to wait 30 minutes. Finally an elderly man came in to see me. Staff is very friendly and the doctor and nurse were both very nice and really listened to what my problem was and really explained what the medicine would do. I also like her recommendations and told me what the purpose for it.
