Great staff and excellent doctor!
Other providers we've used were closed so thought I'd try here - brought my 14 month old toddler in at 730pm (yes 30 min till closing) having had 104.5F and was told they were no longer taking walk-ins and gave reasons, and I implored indicating my concern with his temperature and asked if they were sure no one could see him where the woman said "I told you [reiterated reason]"
The providers were personable and the process moved quickly and smoothly They were attentive to my situation and made me feel comfortable with their solutions
