Wonderful staff. Everyone and especially the doctor or the title she holds explained to me in depth what pharmaceuticals she was prescribing and the use of each one. I think I would have gone full blown pneumonia if I had not gone to Urgent care.
Two stars for the sweet staff! But that was the best part of my experience. The receptionist who was also the nurse asked me at the front desk what I was there for. I could hear her and the doctor discussing my symptoms out at the front desk with people in the waiting room. This has to be a privacy violation. This is the second time this office has asked my reason for my visit in front of other patients. The previous time was during Covid where I got asked outside the front door what symptoms I was there for and had to share... read more
