Wish I could give 0 stars! The PA was wonderful but they didn’t correctly label my sample so had to return 2 days later after lab corp notified me of the issue yet they billed my insurance for the sample collection! Went back 2 days later to redo sample call back today 3 days later to ask why it’s not showing the sample in processing and the nurse who answered was extremely rude said she didn’t have a supervisor refused to provide her name. I am very concerned about this Urgent Center. Personnel there did not inform me of my $50 copay but only told me they had my insurance upon my arrival. Being informed of the copay might have initially sent me elsewhere n especially if I had known the lack of services I was to receive! Staff there provided no helpful assistance. I ended up having to go to hospital emergency room to receive pain and antibiotic prescriptions. I would have expected staff at a well staffed Urgency Center to have been able to support me.
