I did not sign in online, but when I walked in there was no one else in the waiting room. The person who checked me in did not say anything about a wait time at all. I've been there before with no issues but this time was the complete opposite. Apparently if you check in online you get much better service and anyone who walks in takes the back seat. These people that work here are seriously lazy and slack at everything! Didn’t put the information from my insurance card so now I’m being billed thru a credit company! Place was a mess when we visited there a few months back so hot inside and hadn’t been cleaned the male nurse couldn’t get my daughters vitals which no other nurse before had an issue! At a past visit the nurse took samples and didn’t label them so i had to return for a repeat test in which they tried to bill twice for! Just a mess of people!
What's the point of being open at 8 if there is no provider there to give service.
