I do not trust their services or billing integrity. They will check your benefits and eligibility but not inform you if the specific location or provider is considered out of network. I have been a patient of Novant South Brunswick Calabash since moving here years ago .Recently when I was sick I called to get in to see my PRIMARY Care physician, which to Novant means a Family Nurse Practitioner. I was told I could not be seen because I was sick and if in their opinion have covid like symptoms they cannot see you(everything seems to fall in the covid like symptoms these days). I love this facility. Been going since it opened. I’ve had to change practitioners a couple times over the years but everyone has been great.
