i really liked dr. ramos. she seemed like she cared and I felt good about what she said, but I have been trying to make an appointment for several weeks and no one has been answering the phones. I tried every single option in their amswering system and ot either rings a while before hanging up or tells you the mailbox is full. are they still open? now as a new patient I am looking at at least a 2 week wait to see a dr for my illness or a long wait at urgent care. You do not want to go here. The nurse practitioner Jackson walked out of the room on me because I was telling him my concerns about taking a unfamiliar medication. He is too sensitive and not understanding with someone who has medicine anxiety. He said he wouldn't be talked to that way when all I did was express my concerns. I didn't raise my voice or anything and then the nurse ignored me when I tried to tell her what he did. I then asked to speak to the manager and she was rude not wanting to hear me. Most reviews about this place are negative, and unfortunately, I have to add another one: Receptionists: When a patient arrives at the desk to check in, stop what you are doing immediately and say, "May I help you?" The lady at the front desk kept on typing as I was standing in front of her and she finally said"Yes?" and that was all. I said, "May I help you?" If I am waiting to speak to you and you greet me in that fashion, expect a smart a** reply! Please, mind your manners.
Worst place to go! They have a pattern of being totally uncaring, Dr. Dean does not listen and takes nothing seriously. Dr. Hates is a jerk and the receptionist are rude and hateful. They don't call back ever and leave you hanging when you need help. Your private info is not private..they share your info with any novant agency. DO NOT BOTHER
Dr Ramos does not listen, didn't even finish telling her my problem before she was up and running out, then she left me in the hall not telling me where to go, I felt like she really didn't want to be there.... if you want a doctor with no wait go here, if you really need care RUN!!!!
The service would have been outstanding except for the Dr. A. Hayes. I ask for a doctor not a Judge and he began to analyze me. I got a second hand exam, accompanied by his opinion of me and his thoughts. I don't appreciate it either. I was looking for a Doctor, not a Judge.
I have seen different doctors in this office many times. Usually they are very friendly, However I went several weeks ago and the nurse was very rude. She rolled her yes at me, and made smart remarks . The Dr. was in a hurry. But they are pretty quick to fit you in. They have several different doctors, which is always nice. I would recommend this office.
I called and told them that a doctors office was going to want a copy of my records. Ok what is wrong with that. They are sending the fax not me. I am not doing anything they are. Then the receptionist tells me that I am going to receive a bill because they are wanting a copy of my records. I dont think so!!!! LOL..... If this does happen then that is something that wont happen. A patient is only supposed to be charged by either the people who are GETTING the medical files or if the patient is getting the files on their own.... read more
I recently started going to Dr. Ramos myself and she was very pushy and hurried me out the door. When I called to report I was having severe issues following a procedure she called in an antacid, which was totally useless as I was having right side chest pain. Also, when I called and left the message it was 10:53 AM and my call was never returned.
