I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Mock and the entire team of midwives who cared for me during my pregnancy and delivery. They were everything I could have hoped for — down-to-earth, easy to talk to, compassionate, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire journey. They always took the time to thoroughly answer my questions and made sure I knew what to expect at every stage, from prenatal tests to delivery. Even after the reviews and friends’ recommendations to go here, I felt misguided and overwhelmed with the negativity. I received other professional opinions that opposed their recommendations, and that seemed to upset them.
I do not recommend this place. They violated my right to know what was being done to me and later bombarded me with bills. The doctor spent about 5 minutes with me and then left, ordering tests at her discretion without ever discussing them with me. This was supposed to be a routine exam typically covered by insurance, yet I keep receiving bills. To make matters worse, the billing center has no idea what the charges are for and refuses to respond to my emails and inquiries.
Dr. Mock listened to my concerns and was very informative. I really love this facility.
