Helpful friendly staff
Let me start by saying that Dr. Papagikos is an excellent doctor and I do not think that I could have been in better hands. However, my rating is for his office staff and for the billing department, or at least the way that they do their billing/coding. I am being told, since they are considered part of the hospital, that they are forced to bill appointments as follow ups, not doctor's visits. So, my deductible has to apply, not my co-pay. So, I should pay more because of the way THEY chose to set up their system??? Unfortun... read more
This is NOT a restaurant but very pleasant atmosphere and caring staff.
Radiation treatments are tough! But Dr. Maguire and the staff in his office (from receptionists to those actually administering the treatments) are professional and kind. Dr. Maguire asks questions and discusses issues and answers in a personable and friendly manner. I always felt comfortable during treatments and also with checkups. During the tough times, this office made me feel safe and cared for.
If you require radiation therapy lol no further!!
