Katie Griffin (Genetic Counselor) was wonderful to work with. She took the time to get to know not only my family history, but also how I was feeling about the whole process. I really appreciated how holistic and trauma-informed her approach was. She helped prepare me for any results I might receive and gave me practical ways to manage the anxiety while waiting for them.
