Dr. Malcolm Ross and Novant proved to be an excellent choice for a second opinion. Offered several clear reasons/diagnosis regarding what I have been experienced for quite some time, as well as, treatment protocol for symptoms being experienced. Office organized, fully staffed and ready to go. I was a new patient. I had pre-registered so all I had to do was check in and have a seat. I was called back within 4 minutes!
Dr Malcolm Ross is great physician. Very knowledgeable, and thorough. Very concerned and compassionate.
