We are so incredibly grateful for Dr. Alden. We first met her years ago by chance when we couldn’t get in to our regular PCP for a sick visit, and it turned out to be the biggest blessing in disguise. From that very first appointment, she completely changed how my children feel about going to the doctor. For a long time, appointments were a struggle. My kids were anxious, fearful, and resistant. But both of my children (who are very, very different from each other, one 8yr old boy, one 15yr old girl) connected with her insta... read more

My girlfriend goes to Kernersville Neurology and sees Dr. Colburn. She contacted the office 4 times to get her meds called in and I took her there personally. They told her that they were going to put priority on her request and still haven't filled it. I talked to a person there this morning and they said that they sent it back to him twice and still no meds. She is supposed to take 4 pills at night, but now she is only taking one because Dr. Colburn and Novant Health is not worth crap. Stay away from Kernersville Neurology... read more

I will never ever go back to Novant Health Specialist in Winston-Salem for injections for my back and end up in more unbearable pain that caused me to be hospitalized twice. Then had to go to another Spine Specialist to go threw the same procedure and finally l got some relief. I wasn't pleased with Dr. Peacock or his Assistant ( Emily) they both to me is very unprofessional. Just there for the money not your health.. Ten minutes you is in and out and imiserable. It took me six months or more to get well. I will never ever... read more

While it was great that he ordered ultrasounds and imaging for my 89 year old mother, he did not follow up with her cardiologist like he said he would which would have been useful in determining the dosage of heart medicine. He said he would follow up but did not. Then I got the runaround that we should be the ones following up when we already had. The only way to confront him why this did not happen was to make a new appointment with him. I am not happy with his service. The only thing he did to help her was to order i... read more

I just wanted to share my heartfelt gratitude for the phenomenal care my daughter received from Dr. Lmbarrato and his incredible team. From the very start, Dr. Lmbarrato was passionate and caring, taking the time to explain every detail of her surgery. My daughter even affectionately referred to him as "Dr. G." His work was truly outstanding, and I'm thrilled to report that her scar is healing beautifully. She couldn't be more satisfied with the results. Dr. G made her feel comfortable and reassured her that everything wo... read more

Dr. James Roberts, my dr. I see for cholesterol is an AMAZING dr. I was seeing someone else for my chronic hypertension who wasn't doing a good job. I was in crisis and Dr. Roberts stepped up and took care of me switched my meds, changed a few and now after months i am calming down. I just want to thank him for jumping in and helping me. His staff chissy is an AMAZING person also. When I email my symptoms, she got with Dr. Roberts to help. Thank U to both of these amazing people I got though.

I told the paramedics to take me to Atrium and they took me to Novant in Huntersville. That was the very worst thing they could have ever done to me. I don't know if was because I am black and they are racist, but the people that work there are the worst people if I ever wake up in that hospital I will take a Uber to Atrium or die at home and not there. If you can help it please don't go there, you will regret it!!! THOSE NURSES DON'T CARE, IT'S JUST A JOB TO THEM NO PAETIN SKILLS, JUST DON'T CARE!!!!

Even though the doctor and nurses were great the billing part of all Novant Wound Care Clinics are misleading patients. I was referred to Novant Wound Care by my primary doctor. Took about 7 appointments for my wound to heal. The misleading part is that Novant Wound Care is considered part of Novant Hospital. No one tells you this before making an appointment and there is no signage to advice patients that they could be billed as a hospital visit and not a doctor visit. My co-pay is $20 but then started receiving bills for t... read more
