Just want to say first that the doctors are very good here. Problem is with billing. I think they are running a scam. I was told by the receptionist that my portion of the bill after copay and insurance would be $1200. That is what I payed. Then I received a bill for $850 from them. Exactly what the EOB said was the most they could charge me. I have called on 4 different occasions, The customer service reps all have said Novant health owes me money. I cannot say enough about how great this group and Dr. Dominic are! I highly recommend them.
Its a pleasure to have Dr. Arb as my oncologist. I also love the way the staff works together to make my visit quick and convenient.
