Lovely facility with great staff!
Very pleased with everyone at this office. Professional, pleasant and Dr. Sissoko was magnificent.
Just want to say first that the doctors are very good here. Problem is with billing. I think they are running a scam. I was told by the receptionist that my portion of the bill after copay and insurance would be $1200. That is what I payed. Then I received a bill for $850 from them. Exactly what the EOB said was the most they could charge me. I have called on 4 different occasions, The customer service reps all have said Novant health owes me money.
