They are so very unprofessional keep calling to check on my father and no one's answering me to keep hanging up on me and no one's called me back and I'm in a whole nother State checking on a family member just terrible .

I had a 12 hour wait in the ER during which time the aide forgot to get me to the test area to check on my blood clot, which had migrated to both lungs. I had to find her and remind her, just as the technician came to see why I hadn't been brought in. In the hospital, I was charged $667 (-$651 after adjustments), for "advanced care planning services" which were not covered by BCBS. Evidently the doctor who visited me to ask about living will etc, didn't have to tell me that I would be billed for his "services." Since I alrea... read more
Had an appt at 2:45 finally saw the doc 3:15 ish, he ordered labs and they forgot about us, at 4:50 we went out of the room to see what was going on and the staff was going home. About locked us in the building the docs seemed good office staff not so much, lady at front counter had an attitude while I was checking in.
Horrible wait times, shockingly bad.
