Wow! First, I called left a voice message and never got a return call. Then when I called them back I was told I since I had HMO I needed referral from my PCP. Which is incorrect. They told me they don't take Humana HMO, I called Humana and Humana called them to explain how this all works. They are contracted with Humana HMO. I called back to confirm who spoke with Humana and was treated rudely and very unprofessional.
