Exceptional customer service. Charlie went above and beyond and had numerous policy options from different insurers, saving us thousands of dollars over an initial offer. When we put our boat in the yard, we got a rider from our insurer and Ericka of Novamar was outstanding. I know you are not supposed to really like an insurance company, but these guys make it impossible not to. We have had Novamar since we began cruising the Pacific in 2014, and they have been wonderful in every respect, including an unfortunate accident on the Caribbean side of the Panama Canal. They have been understanding, compassionate, timely, and honest in the extreme. I could not imagine insuring with anyone else. Thanks Novamar!!!!!
