Katie is so wonderful! She is incredible at what she does, and made me feel very comfortable (as much as that is possible with laser hair removal). I would highly recommend her to everyone looking for professional, personalized services with a real human touch. Katie is absolutely phenomenal! I have hidradenitis suppurativa and the treatments help with my flare ups a ton. She does extra research and constantly goes the extra mile to make my fiancée and I feel comfortable. She’s also LGBTQ+ friendly! I honestly couldn’t say enough with how great NOVALUNE is. I would 100% recommend to anyone!
