I didn't hire Novak Construction to do the job,So Novak your wrong,I own the home & I never signed the contract that your speaking about.I never seen that Contract,until the day we went to court.You wouldn't say,that we can't fix the inside.Until the roof is repaired.I finally,got my water heater,redone last nite.On July 1 ,almost 3 months,with no HOT water. We were hired to do a floor repair - nothing was done to the roof or ceiling by us. In fact, a majority of the pictures you have posted here are not from the job we were hired to do. If you have an issue with another contractor, please refrain from sharing on our site. As for the tub - there was minor cosmetic damage during shipping, and we offered to replace or give to you as is, free of charge. The tub was accepted as is, and you were not charged for it. With a name like Novak you know they have to be good
I had Rick/Carol remodel my bathroom December 2014. He totally gutted the whole thing and refinished it in around 3 weeks. I can't tell you how happy I am of the outcome. He done an awesome job, did everything that I requested and did the complete job at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend him and plan on him to come back to do some more work.. He was great to work with too!
