After a great experience 3 with Novak's in 2017, they completely let me down. Seven weeks of waiting and following up - I give up. My old five star review said 'you have a customer for life', but not anymore.
Jim Jensen is an extremely fair human being. His employees do quality work and they always aim to please.
Called them for gutter repair, left a message, twice, never got a response.
This place is a joke. First off, they would not answer my calls after I scheduled them to come out and install new gutters on my house, I had to keep calling for 2 weeks straight before someone finally answered, when the scheduled date came for them to come and install gutters on my house, they never even showed up or bothered to tell me they couldn't make the appointment, ots been 4 days since the no show and I still haven't heard from them. Do not use this company.
