My back tire locked up while on a weekend trip 3 hours away from home. Joe was the only mechanic willing and able to take me in on a Saturday afternoon - I would have been stuck until Monday without his help. My car was ready to go in less than an hour and I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip with peace of mind! I’m beyond grateful to have found Novak’s and I can’t recommend them enough!
