Dr. Novack is an excellent professional. He takes the time to explain everything in detail and answer any questions you may have. He operated on my husband. We told him we wanted the surgery that same month, and it was done on time; there were no delays whatsoever. After the surgery, he called to check on how the patient was feeling and if everything was alright. He is very professional and dedicated to his work. I highly recommend him. God bless Dr. Novack. Dr. Novak went above and beyond again for me. I had a large hernia that needed emergency surgery. I called on Friday and he said go into ER and because he was on call he would have his office setup the surgery for the next morning. You just don't get this kind of care these days. Thank you to him and his office staff!
This man is a saint. Thank god for surgeons like him. I had to see him for an ER visit after my original surgeon was on vacation the Monday after my Friday surgery. He was caring, kind and represented everything medicine should be. I wish there were more doctors, nurses, surgeons just like him. I hope he never retires. He held my hand as I was being put under. That means a lot to a scared patent with 2 young children waiting at home. He explained things matter of fact but in a way that didn't scare you. I am forever grateful... read more
