My house built in 2001 had several cracks in stucco and trims/sills around the windows were rotting so it was the time to get repairs and painting done. I hired Novak painting and couldnt be happier with my choice. They provide accurate quote and schedule (which was important to me as we have licensed daycare running on the ground floor so we had to work around daycare schedule). I hired Novak Painting this summer to do the exterior of my house. Radim and his co-worker Daniel did an excellent job. Radim presented me with a detailed estimate and was transparent about all costs ahead of the job starting. They were prompt and efficient and were responsive to any questions or requests, even after completion of the project. I am very pleased with the work and would highly recommend Novak Painting.
So disappointing! The fact that I was sold a high-end job with a choice between two top-of-the-line paints only to be givin contractor grade cheap garbage paint that didn't even cover my existing exterior walls. Great communication from Radim right from the start. Same day quote and lucky for us, Radim’s team started the same week. Reasonable price and excellent work. His team was friendly and showed up on time. What I appreciate most was Radim’s ability to provide carpentry work. We had a couple rotten windows trims he included in the initial quote. It saved us finding a contractor. Radim also replaced some rotten siding/boards he noticed as they were working around the home and chimney.
