Had a problem with my Nissan Titan. Had the issue before but it resolved on its own and didn't happen again until the heavy rain last week. Called Novak Service. Zeke told me to run by and he'd take a look. I went, he looked. Diagnosed and fixed problem in 5 minutes. Very polite, professional and helpful. Service like this is rare these days.
