I would never work with this law office again The organization I work for was working with them to apply for my EB2 visa and green card, but apparently the people that work for this law office had no idea of what they were doing: 1 - They never mentioned that we could apply for a special H1B visa without having to be in the lottery because I work for a non-profit affiliated with a university 2 - They recommended us not to apply for the H1B through the lottery while working on my green card process 3 - They mis categorize... read more
We did eventually get our desired outcome. However, Amy was often rude and unpleasant to talk to, communication was rushed, and there were a couple of things they missed along the way, meaning we had to file an extra time. Overall not a great experience.
