I have used Jeremy for multiple closings, and he (and his team) are always knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was especially helpful with guidance on a lot transaction in Mexico Beach, FL.
The positive: De Ann was very helpful and very knowledgeable. The Negative: they require monies wired to them while we are the cost. But when the deal fell thru they refuse to wire the monies back so they don’t have to pay the fee. So going on a week, a 5 day holiday weekend for them and still have not returned monies. Not very professional.
