We are very disappointed in dealing with Novak. Our first meeting with Clark, was very positive and after reviewing what we wanted to do, he indicated that he would be back to us shortly. That was over a month ago. After 3 left voice mails, and 2 emails (one using their site) all we have heard is crickets... Novak may have the ability to perform for others, but all they have shown us is disrespect. Very pleased with the quality of workmanship of our sidewalk. The employees were very professional and finished the project onetime. We highly recommend Novak for your landscaping needs.
