Susan has been a great help to us- very professional!
I use to love this insurance but they twist things around and lie and then want to say you harassing them when you question about your policy or an error has been found they won’t correct they cover it up. I was dealing with Leanne and she so smooth a masterpiece of deception and her supervisor Howard hasn’t return my call claims he will handle the issue and take care of it so I will go through other legal channels. Why lie when the truth will do. They don’t want to pay what they owe me.
This place was not what I knew it to be. I had my insurance through there for years. I feel like I was treated like a new customer. I will not use them again.
